Jordan Lindsey, MSN, RN-PED BC

Jayci (Jordan) is the nurse manager of the pediatric medical surgical unit at CCH. She has been the manager for less than a year and the positive impact she has already made on the unit, is incredible. The atmosphere of the unit has become so lively since she started. She truly cares about each of her employees and has helped on the unit by taking patients for many shifts. In one incredibly difficult week, we lost two patients who were near and dear to our hearts. During the week, Jordan ensured that every employee had the emotional support they needed. Both services to honor the children who passed were on the same weekend when staffing was short. Jordan found help from outside the unit and spent the weekend working herself so that some caregivers could attend the services. I am beyond proud to see her in this role and can’t wait to see all the changes she has yet to make.
