Jordan Madison, RN

Even though the ER was extremely busy, Jordan made a point of checking in frequently to ensure we were all taken care of. No matter what we needed, she did everything she could. Her warmth, positivity, and compassion helped carry us through an incredibly difficult time. The way she spoke to my mom – who couldn’t even respond – was especially moving. Jordan treated her with such kindness and dignity, always reassuring her that she was there. GFH is incredibly fortunate to have someone so compassionate and devoted.
