I was brought in with a compound fracture of my left leg. Scared and in pain, this nurse stepped in and took over. I am 72 years old and never had anything like this happen. Jordan not only addressed my pain, but explained all processes, and addressed my mental fear as well. He would laugh with me and let me cry when needed, but most of all he treated me as a scared person, not just a patient in room X. I am such an active person and he reassured me that I would be back to my antics soon. I told him, 'What's sad is that booze wasn't even involved' so he helped me with a story that I was trying to get on stage with Brad Paisley... sounds better than what really happened.
