My husband M had a lung transplant fifteen months ago at Barns. It's been a journey filled with the highest highs and lowest lows. One of the highs was having Jordan work with M last night. M was struggling to breathe and was very agitated. Jordan was incredible. He is so compassionate and caring and spent a tremendous amount of time and effort talking, explaining, and cajoling M. The minute he stepped in the room he was very concerned with M's breathing sounds. He hit the ground running and never stopped. SIH should be thrilled to employ a nurse with such great nursing skills and people skills. We were both very impressed with this exceptional young man. We were honored to be in his care. We always choose Herrin Hospital when possible and people like Jordan are the reason!
