Jordan took the time each and every day to see how my Mom was feeling (and family members) and made sure she understood what he was saying in a kind and friendly voice. He brought a smile to her face and made her laugh, which was very nice and refreshing, and it was exactly what she needed. He went above and beyond to make her feel like she was a member of his own family. He has such a kind heart, and I believe all the people he works with see it, too. Every worker that engaged with him, you could see a smile come to their faces, as they were coming to him for his guidance, knowledge, and how to! BEST NURSE EVER! I cannot say enough good things about all he did for us and my mother, including his knowledge and understanding and compassion for others. What an amazing HUMAN!!!! McLaren is very lucky to have him.
