I want to give a huge thank you to the staff at Sovah Health Danville ER for how great they were with my daughter. Everyone from triage to the provider was amazing. Her nurse, Jordan, was especially good. My daughter was dehydrated from not eating or drinking much the last few days and had to have an IV and blood work done for the first time. Jordan handled it well by distracting my daughter and getting the job done without traumatizing her.
Jordan was so good and that always means a lot, especially to a mom. Jordan even laid on the bed to comfort my daughter while I ran to do an errand within the hospital. Jordan, please know how grateful I am for you. Jordan was very informative about what was going on and kept me updated instead of just leaving us in the room, not knowing what to expect. I really just felt so comfortable there, knowing all these healthcare workers were trying to figure out what was going on with my daughter and I appreciate them so much!
