We recently had to bring our infant daughter to the Emergency Department late at night, which was an incredibly stressful and emotional experience for our family. From the moment we arrived, Nurse Jordan was a steady, compassionate presence who made a world of difference in our care.

Jordan was not only attentive to our daughter’s medical needs, but she also made sure we, as anxious parents, felt supported, heard, and included every step of the way. She answered all of our questions with patience and clarity, no matter how small or repetitive they may have been.
