I was staying in the NICU with my newborn hours away from my husband and other kids. I had questions I was afraid to ask but Jordan encouraged me not to be afraid to advocate for my child's health and even backed me up when I expressed my concerns to those in charge of my baby's treatment plan. Jordan enabled me to feel empowered by simply listening. She also went above and beyond to make sure my baby, as well as I, were taken care of by making sure I rested. I can't thank her enough. She was meant to do this.
