Jordan Sultzbaugh, BSN, RN

I wanted to share with you a secret gem we have at the radiation department at the Adams Cancer Center, Jordan. He is the RN in the radiation department, and he is an amazing team member in our department. I call him a “secret gem” because we have a small department, staff-wise, but not the number of patients we treat. Jordan is kind, compassionate, caring as well as professional, and intelligent with leadership qualities. He is so loved by our patients and staff. He takes the initiative to evaluate workflow and make the necessary changes to ensure patients receive quality care in a safe environment. He demonstrates compassionate care with every patient to ensure all their needs are met. He is a role model for nursing by providing consistent care and openly giving feedback to ensure standards are met and followed. He definitely deserves recognition.
