After my back operation I was taken to ICU for 24 hours and I was looked after by Jordan who was making sure all the machines were working. He was very helpful and explained what was happening, and relieved a lot of my and my wife's worries. Cleveland is lucky to have such a good staff who made the hospital stay easier, especially in the ICU, when you feel very nervous, which is what Jordan did.

Jordan was very friendly and approachable with a lovely, calming, caring way about him. On one occasion I called for assistance and he left a training session he was involved in to attend to me and stayed with me until he could hand over my care to one of his colleagues. And he was amazing at explaining things, e.g., the reason why we need to do the "deep breathe and cough" chest exercise. His explanation motivated me to continue to do them. All your staff are wonderful, but you have a particular asset in Mr. Ward.
