The first time I met Jordan, my boyfriend was on a ventilator and I was terrified. He explained to me what was going on and the process of how to get K awake. He was so caring and helped to calm me down. Jordan also talked to my boyfriend as if he were awake. When the tube was removed, K woke up in a ton of pain, Jordan gave him the meds that were ready and contacted the doctor to try and make him more comfortable. Jordan was respectful and did everything he could, even when K was being difficult. He made a bad time easier on us by being personable, making jokes, answering all questions, and helping in all ways possible. Thank you so much for everything, Jordan!
