I was in ER for about 8 hours before being put in a room around midnight. It was then I noticed my glasses were missing. I asked the nurse caring for me in the ER and brought me up - she couldn't find them. I asked my new nurse and she said she would call ER - but nothing. When Jordana came in at 7 am, I explained everything to her, where I sat when I came in - she said she would go down and look - and by afternoon she came back with my glasses! She also provided the highest level of care and compassion. I'm grateful to have had her care for me.
