Jordon was nominated by a family she made feel comfortable. Jordon went out of her way ensuring the patient and family knew where everything was and had everything they needed at their disposal. The patient's stay was longer than anticipated and therefore resources were limited for the family. Jordon saw the mother searching for change, to grab a drink, from the machine. Jordon reached in her pocket and gave the mother money to buy refreshment for herself. The mother is very appreciative of Jordon and for the excellent patient care she received.
