September 2022 Honoree
Jordon Hale, BSN, RN
Jordon, our daytime primary nurse, genuinely cared for our son during our stay in the NICU with the kindness and compassion someone would use caring for their own child. She kept it exciting for him and brought much more than “procedural” care to the table for him and our family. She also worked as a liaison and representative for us, making sure we were comfortable with all the updates and news, plus answered any questions or brought in the specialists to further discuss anything we needed follow-up details on. She took extra care to make sure our entire family felt as comfortable, educated, and prepared as possible during our time at AFCH. I really believe her positivity, support, transparency, and encouragement are what is enabling us to head home. A positive attitude and support can do wonders for a human’s physical and emotional health!
Thank you, Jordon, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
