I was eating lunch in the cafeteria and I noticed a nurse helping an elderly couple bring their trays of food from the serving line to the tables in the cafeteria. This nurse made many different trips to and from before getting her own lunch. She was very friendly and respectful in her conversation with the couple. I was proud to see it was one of my co-workers, Jordyn Pate. Today has been an exceptionally busy day on the unit and I'm proud of the way she slowed down and took the time to go out of her way to help others.
