Jordyn was consistently monitoring and offered alternate care to reduce the fussiness. We know she was trying to help us be more confident.
Me, my wife, and our baby boy were admitted to post-partum after delivery. As being first time parents, we were very scared and anxious in attempting to care for our newborn.

Our nurse during the last two nights was very thorough, showing us step-by-step how to swaddle the baby and guiding us regarding care of our very fussy baby. Fussy baby M would keep us up all night. Up the whole day. Up the whole next night. Our nurse was consistently monitoring and offered alternate care to reduce the fussiness. Our nurse would sit with us and show us how to feed him using supplemental nutrition, along with maintaining the natural breastfeeding as the main focus – helping us gain confidence in what we can do.

Our nurse also consistently checked in with us to evaluate the baby’s behavior after we did what we were told would help. Furthermore, our nurse gave us thorough information regarding the care of a newborn and reviewed the information each day when checking on us. We know she was trying to help us be more confident.

In addition to this, our nurse kept a close watch on my wife after her C-section for comfort and pain relief. Our nurse is very compassionate, eager to step in to help us learn to do our best, and goes above and beyond to help us feel confident in caring for our baby. Our nurse will always have our thanks.
