"Jordyn cared for my father after he suffered a heart attack and was in a coma. Throughout an incredibly difficult time, she showed extraordinary compassion, not only in the care she provided him, but also in the way she supported our family.
When emotions escalated between family members, Jordyn responded with grace and calm, helping to diffuse the situation while making us feel heard and supported. After we learned my father would not survive, she thoughtfully offered keepsakes including recordings of his heartbeat, fingerprints, and a hand mold, recognizing how meaningful those memories would become.
Her professionalism, wisdom, humility, and genuine compassion made an unforgettable difference during one of the hardest moments of our lives."
