I had surgery on my shoulder and would like to thank Jorge for the amazing care he gave me. It started with a phone call the day before surgery. Jorge called and put my mind at ease. I was still anxious but felt reassured by him.

On the day of surgery, I was extremely anxious to the point of saying I wasn’t going through with it until Jorge came to my room and calmed me down. He spoke to me about what to expect. I like it because he spoke to me at my level and treated me with respect. He was very professional but also caring. Jorge made sure I made it through surgery ok. He made sure I understood the pain ball I went home with. Jorge even made sure my wife understood it as well.

Jorge was also present at my post-op the next morning and made sure I was doing good. I thought that was the end of care but to my surprise, Jorge called me at home the next few days and made sure he was there when my pain ball was removed and made sure my pain was controlled that day as well. I had excellent care from the entire staff but I feel that Jorge went above and beyond. Thank you all for everything.
