Jorge provides a healthy work environment amongst everyone in our team, He has developed a great relationship amongst his team and the physicians in our department. He mentors and provides guidance to all staff. Jorge demonstrates care, compassion, and empathy with every patient he sees. He is a great role model to the rest of the RNs and nursing staff and provides exceptional service to our members. He understands the mission and vision of Kaiser Permanente.
