Jory Brownd, RN

A very special thank you to LTJG Brownd “Jory” for caring for me during my recent stay. The first night I was admitted he was there and was very attentive to my pain and my comfort after a long night in the ER. A few days later he was switched to day shift and even though that process is very tiring and difficult, his care did not falter. He was very compassionate when I was throwing up oral contrast for the CT scan and even more so when I turned around and had to prep for a colonoscopy. He was my champion cheering me on drinking all of the yucky fluids. He had an amazing bedside manner and was very reassuring when I was scared and alone in the hospital. I’m very thankful for his care! I saw him again after I had surgery and he was very excited for me to have gotten my issues taken care of and again was my cheerleader encouraging me to get walking and moving so I would feel better sooner. I really appreciated everything he did for me, he went above and beyond and anyone who is his patient is lucky to be cared for by him.
