Mother was in ICU. She was very concerned with her condition and at times difficult with many questions about why. She had to take a certain medication or why she had to have another shot. He was very patient with her and always made her smile. He was careful to explain everything to her family. We knew we could depend on him to answer our questions even when the other nurses didn't seem to do so. I especially remember when he asked my mother if he could come back into the room when his shift ended to tell her good bye. She appreciated his warm ways so much as did our whole family.
