Jose Serrano has exhibited a spirit of perseverance and professionalism that are ideal for a nurse. Despite many personal hurdles he had to overcome during his time in nursing school, he displayed resilience and dedication to his goal to graduate and move towards his goal of becoming an RN. Jose always had a smile on his face and was patient, respectful, and eager to learn. Jose never faltered in his dedication. The love and compassion he exhibited to his family are reflected strongly at the bedside of each of his patients.
