Jose was always patient, taking the time to explain medical procedures and results in a way that we could easily understand. His dedication to ensuring my mother’s comfort and well-being didn’t go unnoticed. He frequently checked in on her, even when he wasn’t assigned to her room, and always made an effort to engage with our family. His presence brought us a sense of peace during a very stressful time.
