Jose Napoleon, RN

Jose has been wonderful. The whole time we have been here, the interaction with our child, the explanation of everything that was happening to him in terms he would understand, and continued encouragement that he was being braced or he was going to be good. Anytime our child asked for something, he would make himself available. No question or comment was too small or silly. Jose would always stay true to his word and come and visit him. He always made time and was happy to see him. It's like he and my child have become friends forever.
