Mike (Jose) was always on time with my medications and bringing me anything I needed (water, socks, pain medicine, or just a kind word). He was very professional and competent in everything he did. One night I was hurting so much and very depressed. He took his break to talk to me and comfort me. I lost my love of 46 years recently and he had the right words I needed to hear. Thanks to him, I was able to sleep that night. His kind words were like a message from an angel. Mike made my hospital stay less traumatic.
