I have worked with Jose for a couple of years and honestly since day 1 he has given nothing but 100+% every day. He has worked in every unit in this hospital including nursing supervision and just recently as a tele-monitor and phlebotomist. He never complains, does his work to the best of his ability, and helps everyone in the unit. He does it with the biggest smile, most compassionate words, and the gentlest touch. He is always calm and reacts quickly to emergencies.
Jose often meets me in rapid responses and codes without hesitation to help if he is already on that floor or caught up on patient care. He is amazingly flexible, knowledgeable, and skillful with his patients. I have gotten numerous comments from patients and families about how informative and a wonderful nurse he is. He is truly a nurse we all strive to be and appreciate. I'm proud to work with him and have no doubts that he is one of the best nurses to grace Eastside's floors.
