Vic Paloma provided excellent nursing care to my husband today. Like most of the other nurses, he politely greets us when he enters the room, but what is good about Vic is that he seems very enthusiastic about what he does. As soon as he observed that the patient’s dressing was already soaked with blood, he immediately offered to change it without being asked. He is very informative. He explains everything pretty well. He is a good listener, able to provide information and caring service to patients. I look forward to encountering similar traits as Vic’s the next time we need patient care from Asian Hospital.
