Josef Schmid, RN

The entire staff has really been great during our time so far here in ICU at Lourdes. However, Joe seems to have stood out as he has been very personable and compassionate each time we have interacted with him. He has shown genuine concern and interest in our concerns as the patient's children. When the future didn't seem very sure for my mom, Joe made us feel as though he was caring for his mother. As she made some significant improvement, Joe and the doctor celebrated and rejoiced right along with us.
