My daughter was admitted for high bilirubin and was assigned to Josefina and we could not have asked for a more outstanding person to care for us. This nurse is compassionate, caring, knowledgeable, resourceful, hands-on, and intelligent. She made sure my daughter was situated for phototherapy and checked on her often. She not only made sure that my daughter was receiving the best care, but she also went out of her way to make sure that my mother and I were comfortable.
Josefina came in to check on my daughter and would personally feed her to make sure we could rest. As a first-time mother, this nurse took the time to teach me some techniques on newborn care. We were very lucky to have her as our nurse.
