Josefina Mann, RN

My mom is 89 years old and severely hearing and visually impaired. She was in One Day Surgery on 2 occasions. Josefina remembered my mom during the second surgery. She was especially kind and attentive to my mom. She took great pains to make sure my mom was informed about what was happening with her before and after surgery, and keeping her warm and comfortable. She made sure the doctor came in to speak to me about the surgery results. Josefina is a true DAISY Nurse.
