Josefina RN is the perfect example of a hero! She took care of my husband in a time of crisis and made sure he got the care he needed quickly. My husband was bleeding and was getting blood, but she listened to our concerns. She spoke with a Nurse Practitioner and got the doctor to get him into IR. She even went down to IR to give him his FFP. She went above and beyond for my husband. She is a shining star and gives from her heart. She cleaned his room and emptied his trash. She is a terrific liaison.
