"I flew in from New York to be with my Mom while she was having a procedure at the hospital. My Mom was assisted by a male RN named Alex who works in the interventional radiology lab. I cannot express with words how amazing Alex was with my Mom. He was extremely patient and helpful and was always there for her if she needed anything. I had to go home at some point yesterday and my Mom, sadly, had to stay overnight. I spoke to Alex before I left and he reassured me that she would be okay and that was the first time I actually trusted any nurse in a hospital. He truly was a lifesaver and I could not thank him anymore for taking such amazing care of her.
