Joseph Apaja, RN

Joseph is a self-motivated nurse working in the most hard-to-reach and war-torn area of Karamoja which has continuously been hit with insurgency due to cross-border cattle stealing. He walks several miles to extend preventive health services to children in the displaced communities. He is very committed to serving this disadvantaged society and has brought hope to many families. His good interpersonal communication skills have attracted clients to seek health services in this facility.
