My 16-year-old daughter was rushed to the ER due to a reaction to her vaccine. She could not feel her arms or legs, was unable to breathe, and had chest pain. Her 10-year-old brother was super scared and did not want to leave her side, holding her and crying because he was so worried. Joseph was a true angel; he never made him seem like an inconvenience or made him move out of the way. Joseph moved a chair over closer to my daughter for him to sit down and gave him a blanket. Joseph explained to my son what was happening and how they would treat my daughter throughout her stay.

My momma heart thanks Joseph for being so kind not only to a patient but to a worried brother.
