Joe is an excellent nurse. Clinically, he has quickly become an expert in care, particularly with the symptom management of radiation related toxicities. Joe consistently provides compassionate care and exemplary service. He connects easily with patients and develops a rapport with those he sees on a regular basis. He consistently goes above and beyond the "standard" care for patients. I have had the opportunity to share complex patients with him and I am always impressed with his compassion for these patients. Furthermore, Joe is always a team player. He is respectful of his co-workers, regularly pitches in and is a positive contributor to morale.
