Nurse Joseph is amazing, caring, empathic, skillful, and knowledgeable. I know he will go as far as he wants in this profession. He impressed me each time I saw him. I constantly looked forward to him being on shift. I’ve spent a lot of time in management and building high-functioning teams. Joseph is one of those gems who is not only a team player but is one of those folks that binds a team, has efficient and effective communication, keeps other teammates focused, and helps them from becoming stressed. In my profession, he would receive Promote Soonest mark as this is the highest mark possible.

The second would be Promote with Peers, which he is well above his peers. Nurse Joseph was my voice, anticipated my needs, and was an advocate for me when I wasn’t able. He was also an active listener and made efforts to understand my difficulties and challenges. This was all done without judgment and he was always empathetic.

On several occasions, he demonstrated a high degree of emotional intelligence and paid close attention to the smallest details. He is really deserving of some form of recognition as I feel he has gone above and beyond. Thank you
