Joey is an awesome nurse. He is always there to lend a helping hand and is not afraid to get his hands dirty. He is an excellent leader. He is a wonderful person overall, and he does so much for his patients. He always checks in to make sure they're doing well; he always puts his patients' needs before his own. He spends countless hours making sure everyone is doing their very best. It's not just the patients he cares about; but he also has a heart of gold when it comes to his co-workers. Joey makes me want to become a nurse; seeing him take care of people is truly amazing. He deserves the very best. Joey puts his blood, sweat, and tears into every shift he works. Not all of them can go smoothly, but when something extreme happens, he is the first one on the scene. I could say so much more, but you just have to see how he works to truly understand how great of a nurse Joey Doughty is! I'm proud to know him!
