Joseph is always a great help. On this day he had volunteered to contact a patient that a TSR suspected was having mental confusion. The patient originally disconnected, So Joseph followed protocol and took a variety of steps to ensure the AACC did everything possible. He tried to connect with the patient multiple times, tried reaching out to a family member, contacted CCMD, and even placed a welfare check. Without question, Joseph is a true DAISY Nurse not only for this encounter but for always making himself available to help. He also provides great customer service to our patients.
