Nurse Joey Ellis was a breath of fresh air. I had to undergo 2 surgeries within four weeks. Joe was very dedicated to helping me be comfortable and manage my pain. He took the time to educate me about what was going on with my body and showed me techniques to help lessen my pain. On top of the extraordinary care that he provided, he made my mom feel welcome and included. He kept me in good spirits with his always smiling face and great sense of humor. The world would surely be a better place if more people were like him. I am forever grateful.
