Joe took the time even though he was extremely busy with many patients, to answer all of our questions. He was attentive and proactive to ensure proper care when Dad's BP escalated. He was personable and kind.
Joe has wonderful bedside manner. He also has a calm and reassuring demeanor. He always had a willingness to help with anything I needed. He is a huge asset to the hospital.
