Mark was my husband's nurse towards the end of the day. He was the one we spoke with about our wish for comfort care for my husband. He was kind, gentle, and empathetic. He was understanding and went over our conversations enough to be sure we were all sure of our decision. He did it in a most kind way. We never felt pressure in any way. Also, we never had to call him. He just kept showing up to be sure everything was ok. His humor was deeply appreciated. I wished my husband had experienced it. Mark's the best!
