There were many instances of the intelligence, patience, and understanding that this young man represented. He turned a stressful situation for my husband and me into a calming and pleasant experience. He went out of his way to go the extra mile, never acting any other way but gracious even when my husband would get grouchy. We could tell that he was always busy but never made us feel like we were rushed when he was helping us.
