I was connected with an ARN who proved to be very caring as he guided me through my issues of discomfort and worries about what I should do next. He was thorough and walked me patiently through the steps to help calm me. I think he knew how scared I was, as I'm usually more in control, but he completely understood and helped me through a very nerve-wracking time. My husband and I are long-time Kaiser members. Over the years, I've had to rely on help from advice line staff. The caring voices on the other end of the line have helped set my mind at ease so many times and helped me connect to medical help when needed. Thank you.
