My mother had been in the hospital for 5 days on a liquid diet and thanks to ALL of your staff, she was on the upturn. The dinner that was to be delivered on this evening was all liquid. She was unhappy. Joseph asked her if she was hungry and she said, "yes." He called to the kitchen but all of the meals had been sent out, but they would try to get something to her. Joseph, with such a sweet heart, went to the cafeteria and bought a steak and gravy, rice, and green bean meal with a sprite and brought that to my mom. Never has anyone been more surprised and pleased as my mom was. Thank you, Joseph.
