I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the advice nurse I spoke with on the phone this morning. I have never had such a great experience calling for assistance. Joseph really took the time to be compassionate and answer all my questions thoroughly. I was really wowed by Joseph's customer service and I hope you can acknowledge him in such a way that he knows he is making a difference. When I asked to give Joseph a review, he selflessly said he was just doing his job and was happy to help me. Thank you, Kaiser, for hiring great people; I was pleasantly surprised today even in so much physical pain.
