The most amazing thing I’d like to talk about is how Joseph takes charge of his patients. When I arrived on 5C, I was in so much pain. So, instead of Joseph just giving me my meds, he did something about my pain that was different. He saw that two of my pain pills were removed from the list, and he got them back on. He then sat down and figured out how to have my meds given to me during his 12 hours. The entire staff at Regional One has been great, but Joseph has been “exceptional.”

Moments like this truly highlight what an Extraordinary Nurse Joseph is.
