After frustration when first arriving, we met Josey as she came for us to move us to our room for our stay. She was very nice and friendly, attended to my son as soon as we got settled in. She was not frustrated or annoyed with him screaming in pain all night long. She comforted him right by my side. Very nice to have a caring nurse to help my son with his recovery.

Not once did she show sign of frustration as my son screamed in pain. She was loving, caring, and very patient, which makes everything easier for me as I was stressing over my son getting better. Holding me as I cried. I have no words to tell her how much I appreciated her.
