My wife K is in a very delicate state requiring quite a bit of attention and care. Josie's bedside manner is simply amazing. She is consistently cheerful and, more importantly, quick to respond to my wife's needs. Whatever the task, Josie takes to it with a level of compassion and professionalism any nurse should aspire to. This was most evident when my wife needed someone to feed her and Josie didn't hesitate to offer. K tells me Josie has patiently fed her every meal when I haven't been here. Being fed is something K is self-conscious about and Josie's bedside manner really helps calm that anxiety. St. Joe's is lucky to have a nurse like Josie.
