I was with my daughter in the labor unit. She was a first-time mom, and this was my first grandchild. We were all very nervous and excited, so many emotions. Josephine made us feel relaxed and calm. She was very attentive to my daughter's needs, as well as to our family. Josephine went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was clean and comfortable.
