Josh Burnes was kind, compassionate, and professional in delivering care. We live at a distance, and Josh continually updated our family with status changes and the ongoing plan of care; our questions were always welcomed.

Josh was my favorite RN during my week stay here at Clermont. I was very ill and felt horrible. I had a reaction to my meds and Josh acted quickly. I was getting more and more swollen that a touch to my hands would make me scream out in pain. Josh addressed my urgent needs. Thank God for Josh, my RN. Within one day, my hands had more movement. I did not have to ask for things twice. He used his eyes to assess me and treat me quickly. Sometimes you need to recognize a hero, and Josh was mine!
